The bulk of LTI customers spend their days taking field measurements. In order to make the company feel friendlier and more approachable, we created a digital product brochure with a holder featuring some helpful ways for customers to handle some of the more extreme situations they might face in their daily jobs. The scenarios were based upon actual stories people had provided on a research questionnaire we posed to the target market.
