LTI was looking to create a stronger connection with their customers, many of whom spend the bulk of their days taking field measurements. During our research, we discovered people had interesting stories about things that happened to them while out taking measurements. We tapped this to create a vehicle where we could share these experiences and thus illustrate that LTI understood the trials and tribulations of their customers’ jobs. To gather stories, we created a micro site for people to submit their own tales and have a chance to win LTI products.
