We carefully examined LTI’s sales strategy, as well as the features of their two new offerings. Based on our findings, one of our recommendations was that LTI strengthen the sales support they provided to their dealers. To achieve this, we created a comprehensive dealer kit, which included display and sales materials as well as separate brochures for the four different targeted industries. The dealers were incentivized with a sales contest offering a Las Vegas trip as its prize. A detailed temporary website dedicated solely to the new products was also created to support the printed materials.
