Based on the success of our work with their previous product launch, LTI tapped our expertise for their second international product launch. The company’s newest offering was the first hand-held laser unit with an integrated compass. This allowed users the freedom to capture a wider variety of measurements faster and with greater ease. We realized once people saw what the unit could do, it would pretty much sell itself. Since we couldn’t send each potential user a unit to try, we provided a digital experience that mirrored the use of the TruPulse 360. The site and CD-ROM were translated into seven languages.
